Rug Guide

Whether you prefer a classic, modern, or natural aesthetic, our wide range of rugs can help you transform any room, and even an outdoor area, into a stylish space you’ll love.

Your living room rug should unify the space and define seating areas, but size is everything.

As a general rule of thumb, the front legs of any seating furniture, like your couch, should be on the rug. If you have a bigger space, opt for a larger rug and style your furniture so that all the legs sit on it to create a luxurious feeling.

To prevent chairs from catching on the rug’s edges, ensure your rug extends at least 60cm beyond the table on all sides. This allows for smooth movement when pulling chairs in and out.

Not sure which size to choose? A 2 x 3m rug suits a queen-sized bed, while a 3 x 4m rug works best for king-sized beds, extending around the bed for a soft landing.

If a full rug isn’t practical, consider runners along the sides of the bed for warmth and comfort. They’re also a practical and stylish way to protect floors from everyday foot traffic.

Classic Centered

The bed is centrally placed with nightstands on both sides, creating a balanced and symmetrical look.

Extended Comfort

A similar centered layout but with a larger rug extending beyond the nightstands for a plush feel.

Compact Cozy

A smaller bed placement with proportionate rug coverage, ideal for space-saving comfort.

Minimalist Luxe

A sleek and clean arrangement with a rug extending slightly under the bed for a modern touch.
