Coricraft is dedicated to delivering your furniture safely and on time. We’ve made our delivery process as efficient and hassle-free as possible for our customers in every corner of South Africa and beyond.

When Do We Deliver ?

If you are shopping online, our checkout functionality will calculate the cost of delivery for you once you have confirmed your order and address. If you are purchasing from a Coricraft store, one of our friendly sales consultants will confirm the delivery fee to your specified address.

Within South Africa, we deliver using the following zones and fees:

Urban Areas (Within 50km of your nearest warehouse): R870
Suburban & Remote Areas (Over 50km from your nearest warehouse): R19 per km
Hoisting (if applicable): R800, in addition to the delivery charge.

Coricraft handles most deliveries in-house. However, during busy periods, we may partner with trusted third-party couriers, so you don’t have to wait longer than necessary.

By shopping with us, you agree that we may share your personal details with our couriers so that they can deliver your goods to you.

Urban: 7 days (from successful contact)
Suburban & Remote: 7-14 days (from successful contact)

• For deliveries to complexes, please check and confirm your complex’s entry regulations regarding truck sizes, as our delivery team cannot carry goods from the entrance of the complex to your home
  
• We’re happy to place your furniture wherever you choose, but we can’t rearrange or remove items for you
• For safety reasons, ensure valuable items are removed from the delivery site and that pets and children are safely away from the area
  
• Our delivery crew members are not to be tipped
• We kindly ask that you or an authorized representative sign for your goods once they are successfully delivered to confirm receipt.
• If the goods arrive damaged, please note the issue on the invoice, take photos, and contact us immediately at info@coricraft.co.za. We’ll guide you through the next steps to resolve the issue quickly.

Our export process is straightforward. We offer a range of export-ready products and accept bulk orders without limitations, although stock availability may vary.
