Returns & Refunds

All merchandise displayed and sold by Coricraft is subject to stringent quality control standards.

Should a customer not be satisfied with any product received within 7 days from date of receipt, Coricraft will endeavour to repair or replace the item in question. If within a reasonable time period Coricraft is unable to repair or replace the item a full refund of all monies paid will be made.

Coricraft furnishes its goods with standard guarantees only and no other guarantees, warranties or representations of whatsoever nature will be made to the Customer by Coricraft in respect of such goods.

Orders placed are irrevocable once a deposit has been paid. In the event of Coricraft agreeing to refund monies paid either pre or post-delivery due to circumstances unrelated to product quality or lead times, and If Coricraft agrees to accept return of any goods, the Customer will be liable for a 10% handling charge calculated on the purchase price of those goods.

Any services used/applied will not be refunded. The onus of proof of return and proof of purchase rests with the customer always.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, you may do so within 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery or collection.

  1. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
  2. If the item was received as a gift, the invoice is still required.
  3. We do not accept returns of goods that have been:
    • Used
    • Installed or assembled
    • Taken apart or altered
    • Attached or joined to other items
    • Damaged due to mishandling
    • Returned without original packaging or accessories

The following goods may not be returned or refunded, except where defective:

  1. Made To Order items (customised or manufactured to your specifications)
  2. Gift cards
  3. Clearance, sale, or end-of-range items
  4. Items used in commercial or non-domestic environments, unless specifically designed for such use.
  1. Accessories (e.g. home décor, scatter cushions, smaller items) may be returned to any Coricraft showroom, provided they meet the return conditions listed above.
  2. Furniture items cannot be returned to a showroom. Please contact our Customer Care Service Team to either:
    • Arrange a collection. Please note a collection fee will apply), or
    • Arrange to return the furniture directly to our designated warehouse.
  3. A collection fee will be charged for goods collected from your address, calculated as per our delivery fees.
  4. Non defective furniture will incur a 10% handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
  1. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase, less any applicable handling, service (e.g., CoriGuard), or delivery fees.
  2. Please email an electronic copy of your ID and proof of bank account information to info@coricraft.co.za to process your refund timeously. Depending on the payment method used, we may need to request additional information.
  3. If your purchase was made using a credit card, please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to reflect.
  4. Refunds will be initiated once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
  5. If you purchased the goods yourself and meet all the refund requirements as per our terms and conditions, you will receive a full refund, minus applicable service and delivery charges.
  6. If you received the goods as a gift, or if you do not have the invoice, we may use our discretion to allow you to exchange the goods for goods of the same value at the same brand store (you will not receive the balance if you exchange the goods for other goods of a lower value), or for a credit at current price, minus any current promotional discount.

If we deliver the wrong item, or if your order is missing any parts or is not as described:

  1. Do not remove labels or packaging.
  2. Notify us immediately and we will arrange collection at no charge and offer a replacement or full refund.

All merchandise displayed and sold by Coricraft is subject to stringent quality control standards. In the unfortunate event of you receiving a faulty item from us, please contact our Customer Care Service Team.

Goods with manufacturing faults may be returned within:

  1. 6 (six) months from date of purchase for general items
  2. 12 (twelve) months for furniture (unless otherwise stated)
  3. We may request an assessment of the product before approving a return, and a fee may be charged if the item is found not to be defective.
  4. If the product is found to be defective due to misuse, improper care, or environmental exposure (e.g. moisture, sun damage), no refund or exchange will be offered.
  5. Where a defect is confirmed, we will offer:
    • A repair
    • A replacement
    • Or a refund
  1. If the item is on our showroom floor or in existing stock, we will accept cancellation after the 10-day cooling-off period, subject to a 10% handling fee.
  2. Any protection costs (such as CoriGuard) will also be forfeited.
  3. Should an order be cancelled 72 hours before the scheduled delivery, they will not be liable for a handling/cancellation fee or any additional charges.
  4. If a delivery has already been booked or executed and the order is cancelled, the delivery fee will not be refunded.
  5. If stock is not sent back immediately upon cancellation or if collection is required, a collection fee equivalent to the delivery fee will be charged.
