We offer the following guarantees on our furniture, to ensure that you own only the best quality Coricraft furniture.
- 10 year guarantee on the frame.
- 2 year guarantee on the foam / Corifill, stitching and webbing.
Guarantee on couches
- 1 year guarantee on poor workmanship and / or material defects only.
Guarantee on all other furniture (excludes accessories)
Should you require repairs or the replacement of furniture under guarantee, there will be no charge. To get a quote on items under guarantee, please contact us.
Additional Product Guarantees
- Our different mattresses each carry their own guarantees and warranties, provided that the mattress is kept in a sanitary condition. Any soiling will void your guarantee immediately.
- We recommend the use of matters protectors and for customer convenience Coricraft offers mattress protectors.
- Guarantee - During the guarantee period, any problems with a customer’s bed will be rectifies at our expense, excluding transport cost. We will replace a customer’s bed in accordance with the specifications guarantee policy. The guarantee period varies between mattress ranges, but most of our beds come with minimum guarantee of 1 year to a maximum of 2 years. The guarantee covers poor workmanship and/or material defects only.
- Warranty - This is in effect as soon as the bed’s guarantee period has elapsed. Coricraft will replace or repair the bed in accordance with the warranty policy. The warranty period varies between ranges, anywhere from between 1 to 15 years.
